I had my first double eyelid surgery here 4 years ago. The doctor was kind and it wasn’t bad. Back then I was so sure I needed surgery that I didn’t even shop around and just impulsively got it done at the place closest to Gangnam Station. The skill wasn’t bad, but these days there are so many places that do double eyelids professionally that I’m like, do I really need to?
