The consultation manager was kind, but the doctor was too careless. I wasn't sure whether they were really looking at me properly or exactly how they were planning to do it.. I didn't gain any trust. The manager was kind too, but the consultation ended way too quickly, so I didn't get to hear the important things I was paying for the consultation too, so compared to that I felt it was too lacking, which was disappointing
