I went up to Seoul 10 years ago to get buried double eyelid surgery and inner corner canthoplasty after finding them online. I only consulted with the manager and made a reservation before heading back down. On the day of surgery, I saw the doctor for the first time. It was 7 a.m. and he looked very tired from surgeries, so he barely said anything and spoke casually, and the design consultation was over in about 3 minutes lol. I had just finished the college entrance exam, knew nothing, and left everything to the doctor's hands. During the surgery he kept telling me to open my eyes and then said, "Ah, your eye-opening strength is weak." Even though I was young, that comment made me go, huh..? If I had consulted with him properly, I would have done ptosis correction or an incision method... lol One eye eventually came undone after surgery lol The inner corner canthoplasty left a white scar, but it’s covered by skin, so unless someone lifts it up, you can't really tell. The inner corner work looks a bit uneven to me, so one side probably needs to be done again. That might just be because my own eyes are uneven. I remember the price was a bit over 2 million won for the student discount for inner corner canthoplasty + buried sutures, maybe 2.3 million won if it was more expensive. Luckily the surgery turned out well in the doctor's hands, and the inner corners were opened naturally to fit my eyes. The swelling also went down well. It's been 10 years now, so things may have changed a lot!
