This was the first hospital I consulted at when I was looking into double eyelid surgery two years ago, and both the staff and the director were kind. I also think the after-surgery care was good. They said you get unlimited swelling-laser sessions for two weeks, and after the 3-year A/S period, if the eye crease opens back up, you pay half of the original price, and if only one side opens, you only pay a quarter.
