I had double-eyelid surgery with the buried-suture method 12 years ago. It turned out naturally and I was satisfied. There are limits to the buried-suture method, so it isn't flashy, but I liked that it looked natural. However, it came undone twice, so I had a revision at the same hospital. Maybe it was because of the epicanthic fold. I guess buried sutures can never completely not come undone.
