I got a consultation for magic front canthoplasty (upper canthoplasty) and put down a deposit, but no schedule opened up, so I couldn't set a surgery date for over a year. Then the head coordinator contacted me and said the hospital had decided to close, and called to say they would return my deposit. Even at the consultation, I reserved because I trusted what the director said, so when they contacted me after deciding to close and still said they would return the deposit, I thought it had actually been a pretty good hospital. The director seemed somewhat older, and I'm sad I couldn't get the magic front canthoplasty.
