They kept explaining professionally how the nose surgery would be carried out, so because the focus was on explanation, I felt I had a little less time to talk about what I wanted Still, I definitely wanted to avoid silicone, and unlike other hospitals that just said I could do augmentation rhinoplasty, here they talked about considering the overall harmony of my face and the shape my nose already had, so it made me want to have the surgery here.
