What exactly does this "surgery expectation level" mean? Before surgery, the expectation was 5 stars, but I honestly don't even know if the surgery result deserves 1 star. The most common evaluation of D-End Plastic Surgery is that the director has a very strong pride in his own surgery. Because of that, people trust this director and proceed with surgery. I also liked the director's pride and the strong message that we are different from other clinics, so I went into surgery with a high level of trust. But in the end, although there is no functional problem, I am extremely dissatisfied with the design aspect. The tip of my nose, created by the hands of a director who strongly opposed other doctors' claims that using only ear cartilage makes the nose tip likely to drop, is falling endlessly downward. But the director, with such high pride, says there is absolutely no problem with the surgery. He said it was only because of my skin that this result came out, and firmly stated that if he kept redoing surgery until someone was satisfied, there would be no end to it, adding that someone else might be satisfied with the same nose. My dissatisfaction with the design is bad enough, but the part that disappoints and angers me the most is the director's attitude. To be honest, for someone like me who prioritized safety above all else, I really liked the surgical method the director used. I felt the detailed explanations and the explanations of possible functional side effects were fairly sufficient. But after I made the surgery reservation, every moment of the director's attitude hurt me.
