First surgery with no implant. After the surgery, I realized that I actually like a glamorous nose... I'm satisfied with the shape (the columella at the tip and the philtrum line in particular became so pretty) But the height... since it's no implant, there's a limit, which is really disappointing... If you like a high nose, you absolutely have to go with an implant...
