I went there mainly because I didn't want silicone implants, and I liked that they confidently recommended a no-implant option. But since this was my first surgery and there was no sinus surgery or anything like that involved, 4.5 million won feels way too expensive, and I only heard about the surgical method rather than the design, so I'm not sure how it will turn out. Still, after thinking it through enough, I do feel like they are doing it as safely as possible without implants, so I think it's okay.
