I wanted to have surgery without an implant, but at other hospitals they said I absolutely had to use an implant, and if not, it was better not to do it at all. But as soon as the director saw me, they said I didn’t need it. They also gave a very long and detailed consultation and said they would use postauricular fascia and ear cartilage for the surgery.
