I had surgery with my main focus on this because I had a wide bulbous nose. It was the only clinic on the list that did not use an implant, and I chose it because that made me feel the most at ease. Of course it varies from person to person, but the surgery didn't hurt at all, and after nose surgery there were so many precautions that it was only inconvenient. Nasal tip (ear cartilage) + bridge (retroauricular fascia) + osteotomy were all done. I have thick skin and acne-prone skin, so because I couldn't wash it my oil production exploded and my nose skin got really bad, and I was under a ton of stress after the surgery. I do prefer a natural nose, but this is really, really natural. I had no desire at all for my nose to get higher; I did it solely because I wanted my nose to get smaller, and of course since the tip was raised it does look smaller, but only very subtly.. Even though it's only been a month, it really looks natural. The nasal tip will also sag more and more, so I'm worried, but for now my nose is becoming prettier in a natural way. People who want a dramatic effect would probably be better off finding a more glamorous clinic than this one. It would probably be good for making you prettier naturally while looking like you didn't have surgery. But for that kind of result, the price is also high.
