The consultation was professional and detailed. Unlike other places that focus on aesthetics, I liked that this place focused more on safety. The consultation manager also seemed very experienced, honest, and kind. However, the surgery turned out to be a much bigger undertaking than I expected, and the resulting estimate was a burden.
