The director recommended no implant material, and explained no-implant and implant options really well!! And he said I should have bone-cutting too.. I had never heard any other hospital mention bone-cutting even once, so I was a bit ?? My goal is to improve the tip shape of my nose, but since I'm already getting nose surgery, I said I wanted to raise the height a little too. The director completely scolded me ;;; saying my face is long and I want to make it even longer ;; He scolded me so much that I was honestly taken aback ㅠ Anyway, it felt like he really cared about facial harmony. But the problem is that the manager said something a bit different.. With the director it ended with, I strongly recommend no implant material, and then when I talked to the manager after that, the manager said silicone still makes the shape prettier (?) in that kind of way, so that was a bit surprising too. What are you supposed to do if the director and the manager say completely different things.. ㅠ I wasn't planning to use an implant in the first place, so I won't do it here, but if you want no-implant surgery and a natural look, it doesn't seem bad to consult here!! I didn't get a CT, but the consultation fee is 10,000 won.
