My first surgery was there and my life was ruined. I went only for alar reduction, but the doctor kindly said I also had to do tip surgery, recommended osteotomy, and told me to do all sorts of things. I used ear cartilage, and within three months it got serious with a pinched nose and cartilage showing through. I spent close to 4 million won, but it was ruined, so I didn't get aftercare there and went to another clinic. Do you know what they said when my nose was ruined? lol I had only wanted alar reduction, so I had zero desire for a higher tip, but they made it absurdly high, caused side effects, and then said if they hadn't done that I would have been dissatisfied. I was young back then and couldn't get a refund, and that is my lifelong regret. I hope they are punished all at once for ruining a person's life, money, time, and mental health.
