I only had a consultation, so my expectations for surgery were only three stars. The doctor was incredibly kind, so that left an impression on me. They explained things well, drawing things out step by step so they were easy to understand. But the consultation manager here seems really bad at selling? Even if I wanted it, I kept thinking more because of the manager's attitude..
