The director was kind and explained things well, but the consultation manager was not great, and the estimate came out way too expensive compared to the difficulty of the surgery the director described, so I don't think I'll have the surgery.. I don't remember exactly, so I wrote 500, but it was even more than that.. It feels like the effect would be minor compared to the money spent.
