I was moved that in a plastic surgery clinic they would give such in-depth counseling and keep explaining until I understood. If I hadn't had counseling here, I might have impulsively gone ahead and had revision surgery somewhere else, so while meeting the down-to-earth doctor I even felt a sense of humanity... During the consultation, the way they thoughtfully considered the cause of my overcorrected double eyelid line and empathized with me was comforting to someone like me who had small hopes for revision surgery.. The consultation fee didn't feel wasteful at all, and I also had complaints about my eyelid line, but they told me it would not improve completely, so I gave up on that part and felt a little disappointed. Even when I hesitated, they didn't strongly push it and said if it isn't uncomfortable, you don't have to do it, which was very different from other clinics in how much they cared about the patient. I'm considering other procedures, and if I end up doing something else, I definitely want to do it here. I feel very strongly that this is someone I can trust with it. There seem to be a lot of people who had good results here, and I hope this clinic thrives.
