There is a consultation fee. I went because this place is known for revision surgery for ptosis correction. Like the comments below said, the desk staff was unfriendly, so I don't want to go back. The doctor seemed to operate more on the reconstructive side than the cosmetic side, and said he couldn't guarantee the result, so I put the surgery on hold. I went with high expectations, but well, I'm not sure.

Focused on eye correction. They were kind and tried to explain things in a way that was easy for the patient to understand, which I liked. (For asymmetrical eyes, the estimate was the cost of surgery on only one eye)
