I really empathize with every single word of other people's consultation and surgery experiences. I already knew the point that was overcorrected when I went in (it was diagnosed elsewhere, by the doctor who operated on me), and they pointed out the same point even though I didn't mention it. They have a lot of anatomical knowledge and also understand the clinical side well. Even though they knew I wasn't going to get surgery right away, they sincerely spent a long time helping me understand my case, and I was deeply moved. However, their ability to explain things in an organized way was lacking. (Other people felt that too.) I separately tried to understand that through knowledge I found on blogs and elsewhere. I was deeply impressed that they looked at the problem sincerely rather than focusing on immediate profit. They seem to know a lot about eyelid correction and can solve problems without side effects, but I do wonder whether their surgical technique for handling soft tissue is a bit lacking. (After all, the results don't look very aesthetic.) Still, I'm grateful that there's a director who can listen and explain well in a desperate situation.
