I am posting a follow-up review of my progress four months later. I had ForestDerm injected in the under-eye area, but after three months I suddenly developed a delayed inflammatory reaction, and one side of my face swelled, so in the end I had it all dissolved. Inflammation is something that cannot be controlled, so it could not be helped, but I felt uneasy wondering whether it had dissolved completely. I went to another clinic and had an ultrasound, which showed that it had migrated as far as under my eye and formed a nodule. Since it was a filler mixture and the ingredients were not clear, I regretted it when they said it was harder to dissolve than ordinary filler. The nodule has disappeared now, and they said they would inject it again, but this time I also dissolved the filler in the cheek that had not been inflamed. It was a waste of money, but I feel relieved.
