They seem to have done a good job according to my wish for a natural result. The director was truly kind and seemed highly professional, so I trusted him and went ahead. However, if I did it again, I would regret not choosing a more glamorous style from the beginning. Other than that, I am truly satisfied and grateful! The manager was not exactly extremely friendly but had a cynical feeling; since the director performs the surgery anyway, I did not pay much attention. The disappointing part was waiting about 2–3 hours on the day of surgery.
