I visited during the first weekday morning appointment. The total wait was about 30 minutes. Since it was my first consultation, there was a lot I did not know, but the doctor gave only a brief explanation and seemed confident, saying that other places would normally say only an incision could work, while he could do everything non-incision. He said non-incision should be fine even for a first surgery.. But hmm.. I was not fully convinced whether he meant that with a revision in mind.
