Nose Surgery review at Beuien (브이엔) · 2026-09-17

I went for a consultation because I wanted to have my silicone implant removed and undergo revision rhinoplasty. When I looked at the before-and-after photos in this community, I really liked the results. The consultation proceeds in the order of CT scan, coordinator consultation, surgeon consultation, and coordinator consultation. The surgeon explained everything kindly and thoroughly. They were not overly authoritative and showed empathy toward my anxiety. For revision surgery, there needs to be enough material available. My original nose was low and small, so silicone and ear cartilage had been used, and I was told my septum was extremely small. While looking at the CT, the surgeon said my septum really was quite small and that they would use it if possible, but suggested planning to use autologous costal cartilage and reuse as much of the previously used ear cartilage as possible instead. They also performed a virtual simulation using photos taken before the consultation, so I could see which design would suit me best. Seeing what I might look like after all the swelling had gone down made me feel more at ease. Revision surgery is not cheap, but compared with other places based purely on price, it was not particularly expensive, so I made a surgery reservation before leaving. I will write a review when the surgery goes well~
