The facility is somewhat spacious and on the small side, and the operating room was also a bit small. The front desk staff were not unfriendly, but they were not especially kind either. The consultant was kind and explained things well. I liked that they provided good aftercare, but the scar tissue did not disappear just because I received aftercare. I considered having a second procedure, but I was too worried about the scarring, so I did not go through with it. Also, getting the procedure from Doctor A, the chief director, was quite expensive. Even without a second procedure, I am still satisfied considering how things originally were, so I plan to be satisfied with just the first procedure.
