The director was very kind and answered my questions very thoroughly, which I liked. After looking at the before-and-after photos and having the consultation, I felt that the director's surgical style leans toward a glamorous look. The consultation with the director was good, but the manager seemed to want to wrap things up quickly, which was disappointing.
