I had epicanthoplasty with natural adhesion, and people around me said it turned out natural and well. But one side loosened up in less than a year, and the inner corner seems to have left a scar. The rest is also starting to droop and loosen, so I’m looking into revision surgery. At first the staff were unremarkable, but when I went to have the stitches removed and they said they’d do laser care, they said nothing, and only after I brought it up did they laugh and guide me. That left a bad feeling.
