I chose this place because I thought a private clinic that carefully reflects individual preferences would be better than a factory-style plastic surgery clinic. However, on the day of surgery, the schedule was backed up and I had to wait over 3 hours with no notice at all, and the patients ahead of me finished their double eyelid surgeries in less than 20 minutes and came out. Then the same thing repeated over and over lol I wondered if this was a factory. The final consultation right before surgery lasted less than 3 minutes before the director left. I clearly asked for an in-out line, but after surgery my eyes were obviously an inner line. This is a clinic that does not reflect the patient’s wishes or communicate at all.
