It’s a hospital run by one director, so I trust it, but the facilities looked outdated, which was a bit disappointing. The director consults in a relaxed, conversational way, and although they had surgery coming up and went right off, the mindset was basically, if you want to do it, just do it??? I took that positively. The line they drew for me wasn’t great, though, maybe because they didn’t have much time.
