I talked a bit with the manager about which area I wanted to have surgery on, and then consulted with the director. The director looked straight at my eyes and immediately picked up on which procedure would be needed, and it matched both what I wanted and what another clinic had told me, so I gained trust. For my nose, the tip was pretty but the bridge was low, so they said we should just raise the bridge with silicone. At another clinic they said the tip also needed to be raised, so I asked whether the tip was unnecessary, and they said it was already pretty enough, but if I wanted, they could raise it with ear cartilage or something else. It really felt like they were only talking about the surgeries that were actually necessary. The consultation was short because the director was busy with surgeries, but I still trusted him. The only thing that bothers me a bit is that after the consultation with the director, when I talked to the manager and brought up CCTV, she said in a rather forceful way that although they do have CCTV, there's only one director so there can't be any proxy surgery, so I'm worried..
