I went for a consultation about lower eyelid fat repositioning, and at first the doctor seemed to explain things well, but honestly I'm not sure if it was the kind of consultation that really scratches the itch. Rather than explaining which surgery would suit me, it felt like they were explaining the limits of what would happen if I had this surgery. That was necessary too, but what surprised me was that when they consulted me, they talked about lower eyelid fat repositioning + fat grafting, but what was relayed to the director was also something about cutting a ligament?.. I don't even know what that surgery is.. So I asked the director what that was, and they just pointed at the area and said it was about cutting the ligament there lol No, how am I supposed to know what that is? You need to explain it... My trust dropped a lot there, so I passed. The director is also oddly unfriendly
