The consultation manager was so kind and friendly while helping with the consultation. It felt like an older sister next door? The doctor also didn't push anything too much and only talked about what was necessary. In fact, when I mentioned the consultation points I had heard while visiting other clinics, he said those weren't really necessary, which made me trust him. He spoke confidently about the surgery, so I felt reassured.
