This was the clinic I chose after visiting four places in person. At the first consultation, we focused on whether or not to do revision surgery, and they said if it bothered me then I should do it, and if not, I didn’t have to. When I went back for a second consultation after deciding on revision surgery, I brought photos of the nose shape I wanted, the nose shapes I liked, and the ones I disliked. I thought I might not be able to ask all my questions verbally, so I wrote them all down with numbers 1 and 2, and they answered each one in detail. The current plan is to remove the silicone, do osteotomy, and lift the tip. They said they would open it up and, if the septum cartilage was strong enough, use septum cartilage; if not enough, ear cartilage; and if still not enough, donated cartilage. I said I would prefer not to use donated cartilage if possible and asked them to tell me during surgery. In the end, they raised the tip with osteotomy and septum cartilage. The surgery took more than an hour and a half. They checked everything carefully until the very end.
