The surgeon was not particularly friendly, but explained in detail what was realistically possible. I had no side effects after the surgery, but over time the tip of my nose seems to have dropped a little. Still, I am generally satisfied with the natural result. Thanks to the honest and clear explanation during the consultation, I was able to go through the surgery process without much anxiety. I hope this is helpful for those of you considering surgery.
