As many reviews said, the director isn't exactly warm and friendly, but not to the point that it bothers me. They answer questions well, and if you want to see the thickness of the implant, they will place it directly on the surgical area and explain. There is no overtreatment, and they recommend surgery only after catching exactly what is needed.
