The doctors and staff at the hospital are generally kind. The doctor also examines you well, but somehow they just follow their own surgical method rather than the eye shape you want, so I wouldn't recommend it to someone who has a specific eye shape in mind...? And I don't recommend it for people with sunken eyes. The surgical method itself can lead to mucosal eversion.
