Consultation time: 25 minutes, director consultation: 10 minutes The consultation manager was kind and explained things in detail whenever I asked. The director was kind too, but unlike in the reviews, they didn’t look over things as carefully as I expected. I had to keep asking to get answers, but they did say clearly what couldn’t be done. If you pay the anesthesia fee, aftercare is available for 2 years.
