As soon as they looked at my eyes, without any palpation or anything like that, they recommended full incision + ptosis correction + fat grafting. After that, they explained how the surgery would be performed. When I asked why I had to have it done that way, they even drew a picture and explained it in detail. They weren’t extremely friendly, but I felt their professionalism was trustworthy, and they answered all of my many questions.
