I had my third revision double-eyelid surgery in June 2021. My first surgery was incisional, and the second was incisional + ptosis correction, but the left side kept loosening, so I had a third surgery. When I visited several hospitals in 2021, this was the place that best identified the asymmetry between my two eyes and other eye characteristics, and I think I chose it because of the detailed consultation. About 3 years later, it has held up well without loosening, but the asymmetry between my eyes wasn't completely corrected. I think that would need to be fixed with a brow lift. Up until the second revision, it looked so natural that you couldn't even tell I'd had double-eyelid surgery, but after the third surgery, it does seem more noticeable. Still, my eyes are definitely bigger, so wherever I go people tell me my eyes are big and pretty. Considering that the eyes had already undergone incisional surgery + ptosis correction, that the space between the brows and eyes was narrow, and that it was a third surgery, I think the result turned out well.
