I had buried stitches 4 years ago, and they came undone after just 1 year, so I had revision surgery 2 years later. They said, “It was tied twice, so why did it come undone?” Why ask me that..? The AS period had passed by about a week, but they said they would do it, so they quickly arranged surgery for me and I went. I shouldn’t have gone then. They made the line too high, so the back part became sausage-like and the eye shape looked awkward. When I asked why that happened, they said it was because of ^complex reasons^. At each follow-up, I said I wanted to have it released, and they finally released it after 8 months. They couldn’t find the thread, so they made an incision in one eye and did buried stitches, but even then I ended up with a scar like a partial incision + adhesions, so I got asymmetrical eyes I do appreciate that they tried to take responsibility, but the skill was disappointing.
