I asked the doctor a lot of questions and he explained everything kindly and well. He explained the eyes well. The manager also didn't pressure me to book on the same day or anything like that, and was very kind. Though maybe that kindness felt a little sales-like. I may be feeling that way because I've been to so many hospital consultations. They said they use thin thread; I don't know the pros and cons of that, but I mentioned it because they promoted it.
