A close acquaintance had double-jaw surgery here and it turned out really well, so I went in for a consultation too. I had a bone CT scan, and the director consulted with me about a design that would improve things, and since my lower face is on the long side, when I emphasized that part, they said they had operated on many similar cases, which made me trust them even more. Also, an anesthesiology specialist is on site, so I was worried about general anesthesia, and that part was good too. I still need to consult a few more places, but this was the consultation that left the strongest impression on me.
