My mom’s eyelids had sagged a lot, so the skin above and below the outer corner of her eye kept touching and causing discharge? tears pooling? and things like that. So I thought she needed eye surgery, and after looking into it I found out that people in my mom’s age group usually get upper blepharoplasty instead of double eyelid surgery. I read a lot of reviews before going, and because my mom isn’t very street-smart, I only made the consultation for a weekend so I could go with her, just in case she got taken advantage of~! In the end, we made the surgery reservation here, and during the consultation the manager and the doctor each explained everything once to my mom and once to me, and that was the part I liked most. I felt respected throughout the consultation, and they explained things in a way my mom could understand easily, so I decided! As for expectations for the surgery, honestly you only know the result after you actually get the surgery and see the outcome, so for now I don’t think there’s much meaning in it~ I think consultation and surgery are separate, so I’ll get the surgery, watch the progress, and keep leaving updates.
