I went for a consultation because I wanted double eyelids and canthoplasty together, but at first the doctor seemed a little blunt lol. Once the consultation started, though, the doctor repeatedly shaped the line while looking at my eyes and explained things very diligently. The doctor did not specifically recommend canthoplasty first, but when I said I wanted it, they said that opening several areas together could make my eyes look burdened, so they suggested doing only an upper canthoplasty. I said, “Okay, understood!” and had the surgery exactly that way haha. In the end, the double-eyelid line turned out well without being excessive, and only the slightly stuffy appearance was improved, so I think it was good that I did not get greedy and ask for several procedures.
