I already knew from reviews that the director normally looks tired but is not unfriendly. He looked exactly as expected. The problem was the consultation coordinator. I wanted to leave plenty of time before setting a surgery date and visit consultations at other clinics, so when she asked whether I had consulted elsewhere, I honestly said that I had consultations at other clinics too.
