My nose is rather blunt and large. I went for a consultation because I wanted a straight nose, and I had heard many recommendations for a masculine nose style. Since my nose is low and blunt, they said silicone would definitely be needed to achieve a straight nose. They also said bulbous-nose correction would be necessary. Their style was to consult honestly. They seemed to focus on getting my current nose as close as possible to the straight line I wanted. The facilities were clean, and it was fine because the wait was not very long. If you want a straight masculine nose, consider going for a consultation.
