I had gone for a revision consultation, and they recommended donor rib cartilage plus ear cartilage. I was worried because they unexpectedly recommended lowering the nostrils. Other clinics had not mentioned nostril lowering, so that part made me hesitate. They also seemed to place importance on left-right symmetry and balance. Other than that, the consultation seemed fine, though I think I waited a while. The clinic was clean and nice, and the price was on the expensive side, perhaps because it was revision surgery. It was a consultation some time ago, but I remember there being no consultation fee then. There seemed to be quite a few people there too.
