I liked that it was done using a closed approach, but in the end the unevenness was severe and only the nasal tip became longer. Seeing that many people had good results, I guess it just was not right for me. Even during follow-up visits after surgery, the doctor seemed not to like consultations becoming lengthy, and I felt self-conscious asking questions. For most questions, they said it was because of swelling and would improve with time, but before surgery I had been told that one advantage of the closed approach was that there would not be much swelling, which was ironic. And even now, after quite a lot of time has passed, my nose looks the same, so ultimately it was not swelling either. The clinic was clean and the staff were moderately kind.
