The consultation manager emphasized that they only perform two surgeries a day, and it felt like they were trying to hurry me a bit while stressing that it wasn’t easy to schedule. But it didn’t bother me much, so that was fine. The doctor seemed very professional and had a stiff impression, but the consultation was really kind and detailed. It felt expert, so I trusted them.
