I had nose surgery in 2017. The consultation with the manager was really kind, but the doctor wasn't the type to explain things in detail. He really, really hated putting an implant in the tip of the nose and only talked about tying the nose tip. I also wanted something natural, so I only had 3 mm silicone + tip tying, but now, 6 years later, I'm looking into revision surgery.. The silicone on the bridge is a little shifted to the right.
